Gaby provided excellent service; I've never received such good service in Orlando. Gaby is attentive, a very friendly organizer. I recommend contacting her; she also speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

It is a tourist trap, but we were out having fun, wish they had discounts for local residents. Ice cream is good and always consistent, extremely busy place, they are definitely making bank here. $11 for a milkshake, $7 for the smallest ice cream in a cup.

I had a really uncomfortable experience here because of one employee(tan skin curly hair bummy looking). He was extremely rude when I asked a simple question about the size difference between ice cream scoops. I initially asked for a middle size, but after seeing how large the scoop was, I said that the one scoop that he gave is enough. He hadn’t even started scooping more ice cream, he reacted with heavy sighing, aggressive body language, and stared at me like I had asked for something unreasonable.
What made it worse was that while the rest of my group was ordering, he continued staring me down in an intimidating way, which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It honestly made the whole experience awkward and uncomfortable. Customer service should be friendly and respectful, especially over something as simple as ordering ice cream.
