  Delivery driver left my food on a public table in the hotel and told no one. It took over an hour and a half to get my food. No text nothing to tell me they just left my food for someone else to take or touch. The delivery app said it was still being prepared after an hour and a half I called them and they said the driver left it with the lobby. They didnt tell anyone in the lobby so they could call me. They had my phone number they could have left a message or text me. Food was cold and god knows who did what to it while it was sitting for an hour. Took one bite of the deep dish and it was like salty rubber. Called the store they didn’t care.

  I’ve been coming to this Giordano’s location on Apopka-Vineland Road for years, and tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We chose this place to dine, but ended up standing at the host stand for nearly 15 minutes without a single person acknowledging us. When someone finally came over, it was only to seat other guests—still no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. We were literally standing there slack-jawed while staff looked right past us. Unbelievably disappointing service for a place I’ve supported for so long. I won’t be coming back.

  Waited 2 hours for an EPIC disappointment! The salad tasted like chemicals and the “deep dish” pizza was a crustless soggy piece of garbage! You would think was a hangry post but we knew it would be a wait and ordered well in advance. They stated 65-75 minutes and that was expected. This was a horrible product delivered late and zero apologies from the company. Don’t order this junk!

  My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Giordano’s while visiting Florida, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an enjoyable evening. We decided to try the famous deep-dish pizza, and I can honestly say I’ve never had anything quite like it before. The crust was perfectly golden and flaky, the cheese was rich and gooey, and the sauce had an incredible balance of sweetness and tang. Every bite was packed with flavor and made it clear why Giordano’s has such a stellar reputation. What stood out most was the consistency and quality—from the presentation to the taste, everything was top-notch. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both excellent food and exceptional service, but Giordano’s does it effortlessly. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, I highly recommend stopping by Giordano’s for a meal you won’t forget. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Florida.

  At 5:39pm we placed an online order and chose delivery as it said 70-80 minutes and a delivery window of 6:49-6:59pm. We got a text at 6:13 that the food was on the way with a tracking link. We used this to follow it. At 6:54pm, it said delivery within 0-5 minutes, but it did not arrive. At 7pm, the tracker updated to 10-15 minutes. I called the store and at 7:04pm and was told the driver was 20-25 minutes away, which would mean almost 2 hours after we ordered and 75 minutes after the pizza left the store so it had been sitting done for that long. The store said nothing could be done. At this point, the tracker was not working anymore so we had no idea where the pizza was. The pizza finally arrived at 7:40pm after another call. My mother’s salad was hot after being bunched with the pizza. It sounded like the driver had 3 orders not close together and they do not have enough drivers. I would recommend picking up if you want your food timely. I used to live in Chicago and love Giordano’s pizza but not a good customer experience and the prices are too high for that.
