  I was genuinely surprised to see this restaurant holding a 4.2 rating, as our experience did not reflect that standard. Unfortunately, the food was quite underwhelming. When I think of great pizza, I expect a rich, flavorful red sauce complemented by well-balanced cheese and a perfectly crafted crust. Regrettably, this pizza lacked the depth and seasoning that create a memorable dish. We also ordered the mozzarella triangles, which similarly fell short in flavor. A touch of garlic powder, oregano, or even a bit of salt could have significantly enhanced the overall taste. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were warm, and genuinely friendly, which I truly appreciated. I only wish the quality and flavor of the food had matched the level of hospitality received.

  Yes, we visited on a holiday weekend and knew it would be crazy. The host was getting dragged in every direction, trying to seat groups, taking names, removing names, and handling disgruntled guests that didn't like waiting. He still was friendly and kept us up to date on our place in line. The 45 minute wait was exactly what he said it would be. Once we were seated, Hailey was there getting us drinks and appetizers. She's super-friendly! I knew the pizza would take time, but when it arrived it was worth every minute! Have patience at Giordano's, and take care of the staff. They are great people, and the food is worth the wait!

  This has got to be the stop on your trip to Orlando,this place is clean very big and the staff is just the best you want to be served while dining. We had 2 deep dish pies and Calimari also salad and garlic fries, the food was everything and more what made it really special was Nita our server, such a pleasant and quite server and tinded to our every need without disturbing our lunch. So if you get a chance please stop by here and tell Nita we asked you too. I'd give them a 10 out of 10. Can't wait for my next trip to Orlando to stop by again. Also if you arr a sports fan there are TV's all around the restaurant for you viewing needs.

The service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re dining in with family or grabbing a meal after a long day at the parks, they keep things smooth and stress‑free. And of course, the food delivers. The pizzas come out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with that signature Giordano’s quality that never disappoints. Everything tastes like it’s made with care, not rushed, and the portions are generous. Overall: A rare, old‑school pizzeria experience with great service and high‑quality food. If you’re in Lake Buena Vista and want a classic sit‑down meal instead of another fast‑casual option, Giordano’s Vineland is absolutely worthy

  The pizza is the only reason we came here. With that said the service it’s horrendous last few times we been here. We were sat and waited for someone to greet us. They were not busy at all. We were watching different servers that were going around to other tables in the restaurant wondering which was ours. Ten minutes passed, which is an understatement, with no one coming up to us. I work in the business so it takes a lot for me to get mad with service. We finally speak up around the fifteen minute mark. We saw a parties that were sat well after us get greeted before we seen our server. Finally someone comes up. I ask if they are our server they replied “No but I can take care of you” At that moment we felt unwanted and an inconvenience. We order everything at that moment. She drops off the drinks and we don’t see her until 20 plus minutes later. We were going to order more food but never had the chance. During this time we see every table get occasional table visits from their servers while we feel like the red headed step child. Last time we will be back.
