  We had zero problems with our food. The food was great! However, Naidha was our waitress and it was not a good experience. It took almost 10 minutes for her to come to our table to get our drink order. There were multiple times my husband and I sat with empty drinks. She delivered our food and literally never came back to our table. We sat for 25 minutes waiting for a box and to pay for our food. We had to ask a male waiter to get our waitress. He then came back 5 minutes later and told us he was working on getting our check. Another male waiter came over with a mobile payment device for us to pay, but it wasnt our order. In the meantime, I can see male waiter #1 talking with the manager, an older lady. The lady never came to our table to apologize. Male waiter #2 came back to our table again, explaining Naidha was cut, which is why she abandoned our table. We are appalled by the lack of service we received. We ALWAYS tip 25%+, and I genuinely felt bad not leaving anything at all, but tips are earned. Naidha, I hope you never receive the kind of service you provided us with this evening. We are not looking for discounts, refunds, a free meal, etc. We just expected better from a dine in restaurant that charged us $25.00 per person. I hate leaving bad reviews. If you read my reviews you will see a negative review from me is rare. I just can't fathom why someone would think treating paying customers this way is okay.

  Ordered 1 medium deep dish and a child’s pepperoni pizza. Waited the 45 minutes cook time as expected. Childs pizza did not come however. When this was pointed out to the server, they said they would have a fresh one made. Approx 15 minutes later, child’s pizza arrives no pepperoni. Wife has just pointed this out to the manager who has provided the response of “what do you want me to do about it?”. Shame as food is good. Service atrocious. Would avoid

  We visited another Giordano's location in Orlando before and decided to try this one. We ordered the buffalo chicken wings and a thin-crust pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was very mediocre - accodring to my teenage child, it tasted like bowling alley pizza. What stood out most negatively was the both the iced water and Coke had a strong dishwashing detergent smell, which made them very unpleasant to drink. Overall, this location did not live up to our expectations.

  SHAMEFUL WHAT THIS BUSINESS AND OTHERS HAS BECOME I UNDERSTAND MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT WHY IS IT THINGS COST MORE BUT THERE ARE CUTBACKS ON QUALITY. THE TASTE OF THE PIZZA IS STILL GOOD.BUT WHEN ONE PAYS EXTRA FOR INGREDIENTS, SAUSAGE, PEPPERONI ETC. ON A STUFFED PIZZA AND YOU SHORT THE CUSTOMER.EVERY TIME IT'S SHAMEFUL, IT IS SO SHAMEFUL.YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT PUT ANY MEAT ON THE PIZZA AT ALL.IF YOU'RE GONNA DO IT LIKE THAT. I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN CHICAGO I KNOW WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE ON THIS PIZZA.AND THE AMOUNT IT SHOULD BE ON THIS PIZZA.IF YOU WANT TO RAISE THE PRICE AGAIN, RAISE IT.BUT DON'T SHORT THE CUSTOMER, IT'S AN INSULT.

  Well. I try not to leave bad reviews unless the bad experience is completely ignored and not acknowledged and/or rectified. I admit that this restaurant is in a tourist ridden area. The evening we ordered was on a Thursday evening @ 7:53 pm. The order was $99 for 3 pizzas and 2 of the pizzas were burnt. We called to report the burnt pizzas and just to request a replacement as we had 6 adults for 1 pizza after the other 2 were not edible. We were given a number to text pictures to and sent the pics as proof. The manager answered our call back and told us they were giving us a partial refund. The reason for the 1 star review is due to the lack of quality control check and they let us leave without even looking at the pizzas and then didnt send another out. We had to find other food to eat and get delivered after 9pm. Furthermore. The amount we paid for 3 pizzas not delivered but picked up by us is insane. Way too much for dough,cheese and meat. 12 inch and 14 inch pizzas. Not large pizzas. We would have been better off with Dominoes or one of the standard chain brands. We have been offered a refund but as of 48hrs later the refund is not posted. I will gladly update as soon as it does. The management did reach out to us after we called. They were apologetic and happy to offer recourse in a positive manner.
