  la comida con demasiada pimienta negra, lo que lo hacía como si fuera muy picante. de verdad no me disfrute en lo absoluto. La atención malísima, esperamos demasiado para la comida, para la cuenta, para todo. de verdad que en otra ciudad vale más la pena pero aquí en orlando no es lo mejor, tienen que arreglar la atención al cliente.

  Pizza is good for what you expect from Chicago style. They don't skimp on toppings nor cheese. The sandwiches are nothing special I wouldn't bother. Little on dryer side for the chicken and meatballs were standard. Issue is with take out. It's always a dilemma when you decide if tip or not and I had a large order and added sauces which they charge and sure enough the sauces weren't in there. I called back no apologies just an "okay we can refund you".... And I still haven't been refunded!! So in the future for those with takeout I'd check everything right there on their counter no shame and leave a tip at ure own discretion.

  The best pizza I’ve Ethan in my life. I can no longer eat pizza from anywhere else and enjoy it. Tasting this pizza was truly life changing and my only regret is that I will never be able to eat a normal pizza and not be sad that I’m not eating at Giordano’s. Keep up the good work.

  We called ahead for a pickup order, not realizing there were multiple locations. Called back and corrected the issue. Order was placed at 840.. my husband came out with our HALF order at 1009. Closing was for 1030 Friday night. I’m sitting in the car, watching other customers sitting for an order or coming to pick up orders, in and out between that time frame. It wasn’t until my husband said he saw them bring him our order that was sitting on the counter for sometime. Mind you at around 930, another black male with a partner went in for a pickup as well and he also had a delay in his order and his order was also placed to the side, with no call out to pick it up. Two service men and a waitress available and no one is communicating with each other to keep the patron flow going with ease. Like seriously. We ordered the “Giordano Supreme”..all my husband brought to us, was the boneless wings.. Make it make sense.

  Let me start by saying I was so excited to try this place until I wasn’t. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before so I don’t like to give a hard time. However my husband and I and my 2 year old son attended this place on Sunday November 2nd around 7pm. Our server was nice (don’t remember his name but he was tall curly haired) . He informed us the deep dish pizza would take about 45min so we ordered an appetizer of WELL DONE chicken wings as we were all starving. First, the sprite was watered down so I asked for something else. Got a sangria, it was watered down too but instead of making a big deal I just kept it because I didn’t wanna seem problematic. Got the chicken wings, my husband and I were eating them until one of them showed a majority of pinkness. I informed the server, he looked and agreed they were not done & made the offer to cook some more or have removed off the bill (not my request) however seeing that made me lose my appetite so I didn’t want any more and confirmed he could just take it of the bill. I was aware that majority of the chicken was gone, there were only 2 or 3 left however I was unable to finish due to their mistake not my own. He took them to his manager and came back and said his manger said they looked fine and he would not be removing off the bill. So me again not wanting to cause trouble I asked if I could at least get a discount again because i couldn’t finish them due to their mistake not my own and shouldn’t have to pay full price for something I didn’t eat if it wasn’t my fault. I could tell the whole staff was huddled up at the office door agreeing these wings did not look edible. I then asked for the manager to come to the table….manager never came to the table however a nice lady who seemed to maybe be the assistant manager eventually came and apologized and confirmed they would take it off the bill asked if we needed anything else. Originally we said no but then I seen the manger come out of the office and go in the cook/food area and immediately got disgusted and scared he may do something to our pizza so we decided not to eat here and paid for drinks and left. By this time it’s about 8pm and my toddler was unable to eat by a decent time as we had to find something else last minute. I hope this is not a full representation of the company because this experience was terrible.
