Four people behind counter, three of them on phones and chatting, leading to a huge line. younger lady at the register (without her name tag on) was EXTREMELY rude to my mom when she offered her name for the order. Said snidely “I never asked for your name, so….” with a glare. upon reading other reviews this is not the only problem people have had with service. I literally could not believe it. Food was fine, though. Would never return I literally feel the misery radiating off of these workers. major major corrections needed here

The girl who was at the register was obviously new and was messing up but we gave her grace considering her training (although it took almost 10 minutes to order). We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, an energy spritz, and a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter. We were already waiting around 10+ minutes and our flight started to board, so we politely asked if our order was almost done and the girl we asked said that “it’s next”. We then asked how long it would be and she responded with “I don’t know, it’s next” with very clear attitude and a smirk on her face. We asked one more time how long it would be and she said “I don’t know maybe 3-4 minutes” again, with attitude. She was very disrespectful and we ended up having to leave for our flight despite giving them plenty of time to make the order. We wasted $30+. If you want to work in customer service at least learn to be polite (coming from a service worker). The manager clearly needs to get it together or hire new people. The new girl was doing amazing despite not knowing what she was doing, but the girl who was handing everything to the customers could not have had a worse attitude.
