  Love the fact that it opens early. Has a great selection of bagels, different sandwiches... etc. Clean and stuff is always friendly and is quick when fulfilling what you have ordered.

  This is the first i’ve come to any einstein bros, so i was pretty excited to try it. The person helping us at the register was super sweet and helpful and gave good recommendations. We order and get our food and i find some blue residue on my sandwich. We had already driven away so we to DRIVE back. Mind you, we don’t live to close to any einstein bros so we had to drive a little bit away to try it. When i went back to show what happened the manager proceeded to tell me. “i’m sorry about that, it’s from our cutting boards.” He then asked the other worker to remake the order and proceeded to make it on the SAME cutting boards that are wearing away. They give me back the remade sandwich and there was slab of dirty cheese right in between the paper and sandwich. It’s ridiculous to get a bad product TWICE back to back and no manager stepping in to try resolve the issue. I’m never been one to ever write a bad review but the service was so ridiculously bad when it comes to resolving customer issues. The manager did not seem to care at all and didn’t do much to try and make it right for us. I wish a little bit more care would’ve been shown to try and make things better. To conclude, i unfortunately did not have a good first experience at einstein bros and might have to try a different location next time.

  We got a sandwich cut in half and one of the halves had pieces of bright blue specs in it. Would not have noticed if my friend did not look at it carefully before eating. We drove back, went inside to get it fixed and found out it was from their old cutting boards that they use for every bagel and sandwich. They were able to remake the sandwich and when they did there was somehow an entire piece of cheese IN THE PAPER, like on top of the paper somehow, that the bagel was wrapped in. So we went inside AGAIN. The manager did not care in the slightest and did not tell the employee making the sandwich that the issue was with the cutting boards, so she made it on the exact same cutting board. Literally all the employee did was take the cheese off. No apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. I feel like if this was a place with any sort of decorum a refund and apology would be offered profusely. It’s not even about the refund, because I have no problem paying for something I wanted. But it’s the fact that we had an issue TWICE in a row with the same thing. The manager (pretty sure his name is Robb) is the one with the black hair, gages in his ears, and a goatee, did NOT care literally at all. He basically ignored us when we came in and let the employee handle the entire issue. It’s not necessarily her fault, I completely blame the manager for his lack of competence and care for customer satisfaction. The poor employee who was helping us was very sweet, unfortunately her manager does not care about customers and in return makes their job harder. I feel bad for the employees. Such a poorly run location, the manager does not care. Not to mention the fact that we drove 20 minutes because we love Einstein Bros but there is not one close to us. Absolutely shameful management. He needs to go! If you eat from here, be careful and look in our sandwich to be sure it’s not contaminated with literal pieces from their old, overused cutting boards that I’m sure Robb says they don’t need to replace. The cashier was extremely sweet, however.

  Over $4 for a bagel with cream cheese... There should be a pretty decent amount of cream cheese. There was barely more than what you would put on as butter.... it was my treat for the week and a complete waste
