Came in and ordered with a few others (20-30 people) waited about 40 Min just for the employees to finally walk the door. There was no one working in the store (it was 11:45) that day yet the store was open and the lights were on. Waited another 20min for my food to finally come out. Mobile ordering also takes an hour. It’s bagels It can’t possibly take that long. Put in a mobile order waited 1:15 min, finally went inside to ask what the issue was and they forgot to do it.
