I decided to go to the walk up window only to find out the person before me had ordered 9 drinks. I was amazed at how fast the Broista got that order done. She quickly got mine and I was on my way.

I always place my orders online and when I go to pick up they're always ready on time and sometimes even beforehand! This location is insanely fast, whether you're using the drive-through or walk-up window, just know you're spending less than 5 minutes on your order. I do want to note that depending on the time and day your wait might be longer but it's still better than waiting 5 minutes at Starbucks for a mediocre drink. Thus, when I'm visiting the area, I always make sure to visit this location for the delicious drinks (the energy drinks are the best). Kuddos to the Lake Nona location team!

Not once has a drink been ready in advance regardless of how busy they are. I dont get the point in ordering ahead, picking an arrival time and then sitting and waiting still.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
