  egregiously terrible sign blocking a local business (PHO BAR) and nowhere near the dunkin itself ???? go to deeply, foxtail, blackbird, anywhere else.

  Terrible location, inconsistent, and cherry on top: disrespectful to local businesses nearby. Go anywhere else. And Dunkin, get rid of the sign.

  I usually I do not write things like this and for a long time I have really tried to be patient with this location. I have had my order messed up multiple times and when I say multiple I mean more than 15 times. This location always forgets something from the order, makes the drinks completely wrong, has terrible customer service, the drive through takes forever, or they have terrible terrible attitudes. Like I said I have given this location the benefit of the doubt, especially considering it is the closest Dunkin to me at my job so out of convenience it is the one I go to the most often. I often let the issues slide because I am a GM of a restaurant myself and I can understand mistakes happen, however this has got to be the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever visited or eaten at. Truthfully the staff I encounter there are very unprofessional and usually have terrible attitudes. They do not greet you in the drive through, they rush you to finish your order and they have attitudes as if they are aggravated you are even ordering to begin with. I have never encountered a group of people who either hate or can't do their job so badly. Today was really the cherry on top. Like I mentioned I am very close to this location, with my work being 4 minutes away so I stopped in the drive through once again to get a breakfast sandwich before clocking in. I pulled into the drive through line which at the time had 4 cars before me. I got to this Dunkin 20 minutes before I was scheduled. In the 20 minutes I was at the location I saw almost every single car leave the line without being able to order to get their items. Again I was trying to be patient so I waited, it took about 13 minutes from getting in the line to get to the speaker due to other people waiting to order. WHen I got to the speaker I said hello, I got no response so I said it again and I got met with "Just give me a second." The person forgot to close off the intercom so I could hear the chaos of the other side, complaining and cussing about whatever was going on. 3 more cars left the line from behind me. I waited 7 more minutes because at this point now I am going to be late for work and still was not greeted or even attempted to take an order. So I wasted 20 minutes of my time without being able to even order anything and during that time they lost about a total of 8 other cars. I am truly not sure what is going on at this location but management needs to get a hold of these employees and how this store runs because it is truly truly terrible. I will be making an extra 15 minute drive to the next Dunkin just to avoid this one. I wish I could give 0 stars

  I understand the bathroom policy. I’m standing in line alone at the register with no one there barista says she’ll be with me shortly. She is doing something. I asked if I could use the bathroom while she is doing that she said no I have to pay for something. I said I can’t pay for something if I can’t order it so I could just use the restroom while you’re doing your requirement and then I can order once we’re both free but that did not fly.

  Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude and seems utterly inconvenienced by people using their drive-through. Today I ordered some food for my daughter on the way to school and got her some munchkins and they asked me if everything was correct on the drive-through screen and the order said that I had ordered 15 munchkins which I had not so I let them know that hey it says there's 15 munchkins on the screen and they were rude to me Saying no it's five even though it said 15 on the screen.. Then they said that they're tap to pay reader was not working and I needed to come inside and pay so I said OK I'll come inside and pay. I literally pull my car around have my boyfriend run inside to pay and they deleted our order and made us wait behind multiple other people to pay even though our food was already ready and we originally came through the drive-through. This place is super close to my house and I will never come back again because I have receive nothing but a shitty attitude at seven in the morning And whoever was working the drive-through needs a Reality check on what customer service looks like
