- IBIndre Budraite2 days ago2.0Today I came by the drive thru, around 11am, the lady was incredibly rude. I said hi to her and thank you multiple times and she said nothing back. Just ignored me. There are some great drive thru workers but this one was just rude. Acting like I was a bothersome to her.

Ended up just ordering hashbrowns that were soggy cold and tasted like oil. Husbands coffee was good at least but hard to screw up black coffee

Employees act like customer service is a chore they didn’t sign up for — sighs, attitude, zero effort. Orders are wrong more often than they’re right and the lattes taste like they were made out of spite. Cleanliness and care? Invisible.

But be ready for burned or wrong coffee like half the time and they get food orders wrong frequently too. The worst part are the employees who just don’t give a rats
