    Staff seems clueless, avocado toast was burnt, and they were out of the Wicked donuts although I could order them on the app. This location has always been problematic, after a year I gave them another shot, but they still don't know which way is up.

    This Dunkin is ridiculously slow and they always seem to be out of everything. Don’t come here before work you’ll be late even if you’re 25 minutes early for work like I was.

    Waited in drive through line for 45 minutes, when it was my turn to order waited another 10 minutes at window just to be told the drive through was closed. I’m beyond disappointed with the customer service at this location, along with the wrapped around line of customers waiting behind me.

    Scummy location - waited in line 45 minutes and got to front and they closed drive through. Awful . They truly should be ashamed of themselves . Never going to this location again and will bad mouth them to every person I know- their reviews are 2.4 overall so I doubt they care about another bad review or people who will never be back.

    The service here is terrible. It’s obvious the employees don’t seem to care at all and take forever to serve even a single guest. I waited an extra 10 minutes for a mobile order after they already messed it up. I don’t recommend visiting this location.
