Very slow service and the man at the speaker barely understood English, we had to repeat ourselves like 5x. In the end we pulled past the window and didn’t want to buy the coffee after all cause we felt like it world be wrong anyway. Just all around horrible. Manager needs to step it up!

There were not enough people working here to actually handle the orders. They prioritized the online ordering over the people actually standing in line. A lady sitting at a nearby table told us to download the app to get better service. No thanks. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone FINALLY took the order of the first person in line and then disappeared out back. Quick calculations said that I would be getting breakfast in an hour. I turned around and went to WaWa instead, I had breakfast before the third person in line actually got to place an order.

I typically order a bagel and a coffee, nothing complicated, through the drive-through. Because the staff is limited (though always polite), there is sometimes a short wait, which I don’t mind. However, this time I was asked to leave a tip after I had already paid. That made me uncomfortable and confused. It raises the question of whether not tipping affects whether food is prepared safely and correctly. Unfortunately, this experience motivated me to start making my food at home instead.
