Mind you, no cars at the window, my girlfriend got out and checked just in case. So what does any rational person do in this situation? You drive right by the window and go to the other Dunkin down the road.

After a few minutes, we called out and someone impatiently answered. We ordered the half dozen and were told to pull around. The story had 1 customer in it, but all the employees were standing around talking. Then we got charged for a full dozen and they argued argued us about it. He finally charged us the correct amount with a huge attitude and then took another several minutes to give us the half dozen. Absolutely terrible service. The box had chocolate all over it as well.

I used some points to get a free order of hash browns and a blueberry donut. She tells me they’re all out of the blueberry donuts offers me the munchkins instead and proceeds to give me 4 dried up shriveled munchkins. Such a sweetie. Ordered my daydream refresher with “less ice” that wasn’t what I received. Management needs to do better.
