- AJArti JPP3 days ago1.0I have been to many coffee shops over the years, but this one is absolutely the worst. They don’t take any pride in how they make their coffees or serve their food even on days when they are completely empty and not busy. This morning I came in and got a simple order of a small decaf coffee with cream. They asked me to pull forward into a parking spot ,which I did and said that they would bring my coffee out when it was ready. They brought the coffee out with no cream so I pointed it out to the gentleman that brought it to me and he said he would take it back inside and wanted me to go through the drive-through a second time so that they could correct the order. This really defeats the purpose of people using the drive-through in a rush and also the store was completely empty, no customers so there was no reason why this young gentleman could not go in and add my cream and bring it back seeing if they had me wait five minutes in a parking spot for a small cup of coffee. When I came in to correct my order after waiting outside in a parking spot like I was asked the manager couldn’t be bothered to come up and talk to me. They offered me a free donut which I did not want and send me on my way. I will pay extra for my coffee at Starbucks for the service and the competence. The owner of this location really needs to get some competent employees

Then got into his car and drove in circles around the building multiple times. Revving the engine of his Inifiti. He was speeding around as if it were a car show or he was at the race track.

Ya have to pay for the florcored syrup...they charge ya for it but they don't put it in your coffee. They continually get my oder wrong and good luck grtting a napkin. The kicker was when I fou d something IN my incorrect coffee. See picture provided
- RRResillianceDec 15, 20254.0Used to go to this Dunkin all the time. I don't want to give it a 1 star because I do think the staff is kind and caring. However, I ordered my food at 8:19am via the Mobile App and left at 8:54am without said food. I saw my name on a ticket by the pick up area and I made sure to alert staff I was waiting for my order throughout my wait, but I'm guessing they were so backed up my order got over looked. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened which drives me to stop coming to this specific Dunkin'.
