  Delivery and in store. .. wait is insane!!!!!Staff is clueless!!!! No one addresses anyone when they walk in the door.... they are making things.... but getting no where.... I asked how long the answer I was given was no clue. They made the got food before making anything else uber should be paused opposed to letting the line build In the store and for uber. If there is a Manger in Dutton Nov 1 at 1056am ... they are not managing

  I am not one to particularly write reviews. However, I do feel very inclined to write this one! The other day I had decided to get Dunkin Donuts, it was a late Friday afternoon, I was on my way home, and thought “You know what, me and my family are going through some stuff at home with a passing loved one why not get something we haven’t gotten in a long while to share together. Donuts!” My family and I love Boston cream donuts. I stopped by the nearest Dunkin to order a dozen to take home. I have a pretty big family so about half the box would be Boston cream donuts and the rest a selection of their seasonal ones. I specifically only wanted the spider donut as my next selection and the rest randomized. Unfortunately, they only had 4 Boston cream donuts and was told they weren’t making more. I then moved on to the next Dunkin (because luckily for me there are four other Dunkin' down the street going home). However, almost every Dunkin I went to had no Boston cream donuts and/ or even less donuts to even pick out of their selection for a dozen. I started to slowly give up the idea of bringing home donuts. I had one more Dunkin left before going home. I stopped at the one in Avalon Park, this was a newer location for me so I wasn’t sure how busy they get for their donuts. I decided to give it one last try. The moment I went in I was greeted by a employee named Omar. I saw they had the 6 donuts of Boston cream and immediately asked him for a box. I had explained the the journey I went on for these donuts for me and my family. He was super polite and even doubled check that there were more in the back if I needed more. I told him I only needed the 6 but I appreciated it. Unfortunately, I did not see a spider donut that I also wanted. When I asked if he had anymore he explained they had just sold the last one not to long ago. With defeat, I was just happy they had Boston cream donuts and I told him I would still love to take the Boston cream donuts home. Omar saw my defeat and had offered to make me a spider donut instead. He had picked a chocolate glazed donut and made his best attempt to make the spider donut for me to take home. I was super happy and delighted, not only was I able to bring my family the Boston cream donuts for us to enjoy, but I got to have my very own spider donut! So thank you Omar! Not only did you go above and beyond for my first visit to this location but I was able to share this lovely story and these donuts with my family.
