- MGMely GFeb 3, 20262.0Just this morning got a dozen donuts. Had 3 white powder heart shaped Bavarian cream and they all tasted mold. Took a bite of one and wasn’t right. Then another one thinking one off situation but the 2nd and 3rd tasted mold too.

I drove to the window and can see employees(multiple!!) yet Noone checking on the drive thru. (They were not busy No customers where in the store) after 10 min someone finally comes to the window and ask if they have there head sets on. He then proceeds to tell me to DIVE BACK AROUND AND SOMEONE WILL HELP ME. Now I agreed because I know how it works with drive thrus. I get back and ask if they have the new brownie donut and they say "hmm I dont see any" 🤔 ok so I just order a coffee i get to the window, and of course Noone is there, I wait another couple minutes still Noone. I left with nothing but my time waisted. 😑

And no it wasn't an online order I picked it up from the window with 2 FULL INCHES of space between the cup and lid. This location specifically used to be literally the best Dunkin closest to my house. Now the quality has drastically dropped and the service is poor. The cashier literally rolled her eyes and sighed when I presented her with change alongside my cash, I also work customer service so I understand but her attitude was so unnecessary.
