And no it wasn't an online order I picked it up from the window with 2 FULL INCHES of space between the cup and lid. This location specifically used to be literally the best Dunkin closest to my house. Now the quality has drastically dropped and the service is poor. The cashier literally rolled her eyes and sighed when I presented her with change alongside my cash, I also work customer service so I understand but her attitude was so unnecessary.

- NNNataliaDec 15, 20251.0Yesterday I arrived at the store to pick up my uber delivery order. I waited for 15 minutes but the order wasn’t prepared. I asked when it would be ready and was told -15 minutes more. ????!!!! It wasn’t busy time: just one person was there during the time I was waiting. While I was there I only heard that the guys in the kitchen were chatting and laughing. Perhaps the supervisor should have known about the efficiency of the staff at the restaurant. They are stealing our time. In the end I refused the delivery, as a result I wasted my time and money. It’s not my only negative experience of that store.
