Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas definitivamente lo hiciera

Como cliente, uno espera un trato cordial y mínimo nivel de consideración. Situaciones como esta dan una muy mala impresión y hacen cuestionar la calidad del servicio. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar la atención al cliente y la manera en que manejan este tipo de situaciones.
