- BSBrandi SwigerNov 23, 20251.0Went to the drive thru this morning and before placing my order I asked the lady if they had a particular item available to which she responded yes we have them. Go to the drive thru window and they take my payment. Once they took my payment they informed me they don’t have the item I specifically asked if they had available. I then asked for a refund. The lady named Andrea stated they have to call their manager who is Juan because there was no manager in. Once they called him they said the manager is the only one that can do refunds and he wasn’t in. They wanted me to come back later. We don’t live on this side of town so coming back was not an option. Frustrated at the situation I just asked for something else which I don’t want in the first place. The girl apologized profusely and did give us 2 donuts for the trouble. But why isn’t there a manager there at all times? This is extremely unprofessional for a place that has signs that they’re “under new management”
