Didn’t even address us when we pulled up at the window greet us or anything. Just simply said the price of our coffees. It’s the main reason why we’ve stopped going to Dunkin for the most part because you guys hire people who have no customer service skills definitely won’t be back.

I went here on my 30-min lunch during my shift today since it's the closest one to my job, and the trip was not worth it. I didn't even order a drink, just breakfast food. Avocado toast with bacon bits and hash browns. Not that hard, right? Service took forever at the drive-thru window and the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there or even knew what they were doing. They forgot the bacon bits on top of my avocado toast but charged me for it anyway. The avocado spread was carelessly thrown on top of the toast. The toast itself was literally inedible. I couldn't even bite it, that's how stale it was. Ended up throwing my $7.49 down the drain and wasting gas for nothing. Disgusting and unacceptable, but what can you expect from a Dunkin next to a Walmart? Never coming to this location again. Go to the one on 8485 S Orange Blossom Trl next time, they're always friendly and never mess your order up!
