It didn’t scan properly and when I looked at the receipt I noticed I was charged for it. The guy was rude and told me to come back and use it tomorrow. I said no and I wanted a refund. He was upset and didn’t even give the full refund (didn’t refund the tax). They messed up my order and gave me a medium coffee when I paid for a small, so I let the tax go. I didn’t expect such attitude from a donut worker for something so simple. Still, the coffee and donut were satisfactory.

The person claimed to be a manager (7:00 AM in case the real store manager sees this) and was unwilling to fix any issue.
