  New management is really doing great job at this location. Very welcoming, fast service and very friendly specially christen and her whole staff. Kudos to them

  We went to this location today 11/11/2025 to get the Veterans/Military Special Promotions and we are treated amazingly. Mark was phenomenal with customer service and very accommodating. We are overall HAPPY with our experience and most like would visit again and recommend this location “Dunkin Donuts @ Turkey Lake, Orlando Florida. 🍩

  We frequent many different Dunkin donuts as my husband loves his iced coffee. Across the board at the many that we have went to, I have tried the cream cheese stuffed everything bagel it has truly been a disappointment at all locations. They are either overcooked and congealed inside or undercooked and still cold and frozen inside. About this particular location, I ordered two donuts and one iced coffee from the kiosk at the door place my order and paid. My name was called only to tell me that they had run out of donuts. I'm thinking to myself. How is this even possible? It's Dunkin donuts... The gentleman that was working there was nice and polite. He asked me over to the pastry window apologized and told me to pick out two other items due to them not having what I ordered. I picked a braided apple pie pastry and a raspberry croissant. This was the first time I ever tried a raspberry croissant and I will say it was really good. I would definitely recommend that. I have gone to this location a couple of times now and every time I've had an interaction with the lady that prepares the warm food or hot foods is very unpleasant. Short-tempered and should not have any interaction with customers. The store is quite busy. The service doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the amount of people that go in there. The store was clean from what I can see at the entrance anyway.

  You have to order at a kiosk, can't see what's available and what's not when placing the order, it's sheer chaos. 10am on a Monday and most of their donuts and bagels are gone. They're having to constantly yell out to people that what they ordered isn't available. It's taking longer than it would if they just had someone taking orders. I've seen busier dunkins with cashiers that move so much quicker because they don't have to keep changing orders

  Went in just to ask a couple questions about items that dunkin was advising, as soon as I walked in lady was already shaking her head , while playing on her phone. When I was asking questions she was so rude answering with attitude as if she didn’t even wanna be there . I can’t believe why they would even hire her. I was being extremely nice about the whole thing just ignoring how she was acting I just waited for the gm to walk out to speak with her about the questions I had. She was extremely nice and I prefer her to take my order anytime.
