- HHHazelFeb 7, 20265.0We just came from this Dunkin today after having a hard day. Our dog is sick and just had a lung attack. We had to calm him down and thought we needed a treat after such a hard day. After placing our order which was 2 donuts , a pup cup , and a water. The lady gave us the pup cup and it was a lot of whip cream!! I don’t know why she gave us that much whip cream but I hope she knows she lifted all of our spirits on the way home. I hope to see more people like her.

The staff is rude this is my 4th time here and it’s ridiculous I came in Wednesday and had to wait forever for someone to take my order at front counter I call the store and no one never answers needs better management and shift leads

I ordered ahead of time via the mobile app. I get to the drive through window and they said “their oven was broken and would not be serve any Donuts.” Does Dunkin even cook their donuts in store?! They then say, “wait, what did you order?” I respond, “munchkins”. And they tell me, “oh, pull up to the drive through window.” I get to the window, and then they tell me, “we don’t have any munckins.” Anyways, they could not fulfill my order but they still charged my card. I have since not been able to get my $20 refunded because Dunkin corporate and this store is putting me through the whole rigamarole. Avoid this place if you want to keep your money.
