  Just went through the drive- thru. To receive a lukewarm coffee. It’s just as cold as the reception when I made the order and receive it from the window. The evening staff is just as stale as a day old doughnut.

  After placing an order through the app for pick up inside, turns put they closed the store. Employees inside wouldn’t service the customers. No way to receive a refund! Thats not how you treat customers! Let alone the ones who do come inside into your place of business.

  The person at the cash did not seem like they wanted to be there. Maybe they were just having a bad day. They misheard what my friend wanted, when she told them what she had requested they did not look happy at all. They gave her the drink she had originally asked for but did not offer any milk cream etc to put in so she ended up drinking without. It wasn’t busy in store no one else was in like behind us. Every table was dirty. I got a drink and breakfast sandwich. It was cold.

  I placed my order in the app while at home. I walked in instead of waiting in the drive thru. The women at the pick up line was telling everyone their order was not ready because she was not checking both inside and drive thru orders. She told me I ordered at the wrong location without even checking. I went to verify my order on my app when I walked back in she's yelling "because it's a drive thru order" Then she's yelling sarcastically 'have a nice day mami". It takes little to no effort to check both areas. People have the right to come in to pick up their order. Her customer service skills need some polishing.

  El dia de ayer fue mi peor experiencia en este sitio, la cual estaba esperando por mi cambio y la cajera parece que no sabia contar porque me dio el cambio menos de lo que tenia que darme, luego me dio el cambio y faltaban las monedas y yo estaba ahi esperando a que me completara mi cambio y me dijo no tengo dinero en la caja y le dije esa no es mi culpa tienes que darme mi cambio completo y me dijo tampoco es mi culpa y detrás de ella estaba la manager se acerco y me dijo todo el pais esta en quiebra para que tu vengas a pelear por cambio! Yo fui a comprar con mi dinero no a pedir nada regalado y lo que queria era mi cambio completo, no tenian excusas para no darme mi cambio, peor darme actitud y ponerse a discutir con el cliente… falta de profesionalismo
