It's very rude to ask a question and, when they tell you they don't have what you're looking for, they close the drive-thru window in your face just as you're about to thank them. The girl with the red hair needs to be more polite, and if she doesn't like her job, she should quit.

I told them my wife is just finishing ordering on the app. They ignored that and just kept on asking. Then when we ask for the drink to have light ice they ignored and gave no confirmation out of spite. No wonder their reviews are so low. It’s a constant issue.

I eventually got to the window and they told me they were out of Munkin's. I was offered one donut to replace the 10 Munkin's I ordered. One donut. That's ridiculous. I asked for my money back which took 10 minutes. If you are in a rush, don't go to this one.

She comes back in two seconds and i already knew that they put the same coffee in a large cup which exactly how it tasted. All I have to say that is very disrespectful to a paying customer.
