The girl with the red hair needs to be more polite, and if she doesn't like her job, she should quit.

I told them my wife is just finishing ordering on the app. They ignored that and just kept on asking. Then when we ask for the drink to have light ice they ignored and gave no confirmation out of spite. No wonder their reviews are so low. It’s a constant issue.
