I was the only customer there when I arrived, so my coffee was ready pretty fast. The service was super fast and efficient, and the two employees who were working were so friendly and fun! We had a nice conversation while they were loading my donut into a bag and finishing up my espresso. The interior was spotlessly clean and smelled really fresh, and they still had a good assortment of donuts left although it was almost 3:00 in the afternoon. I opted for the adorable Halloween seasonal donut that looked like a little spider on top. It was fresh and delicious, not stale at all! This was one of the best Dunkin's I've been to in a long while. My iced espresso was delicious. I got it with oatmilk and sugar free coconut syrup, and it was especially tasty. I have zero complaints about this location. They have a drive-thru and lots of parking, too. Easy in, easy out, with fast and friendly service. Can't beat that for an afternoon pick-me-up!

I received the wrong order, and when I called to address the issue, I was told to come back. While I was there, I overheard Chris speaking disrespectfully about me to another employee, which was completely unacceptable. Customer service is important, especially when it comes to handling mistakes. I would rather drive 15 minutes to another Dunkin’ Donuts than return to this one. I do not recommend this location due to poor management and lack of professionalism.

The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, making it a very nasty and uncomfortable Instead of being greeted with friendliness or even basic courtesy, I was met with the most unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. Definitely not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with first thing in the morning.
