- DRDerek Robson1 day ago1.0It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered this level of poor customer service and professionalism. We were given milk that was almost a month expired that my son got sick from. When I returned to the store for a refund or some form of resolution regarding this I was refused a refund, told I was lying to get free money, denied talking to management, denied the procedure for filing a complaint with Dunkin and refused a name to give for this complaint and the disregard for customer health, safety, customer satisfaction and representation of Dunkin image and reputation. Other than what I’ve said here I’m at a loss for words. Dunkin, you need to address this issue and deal with this very incompetent and rude employee before she causes further issues I. The future. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with management
