For both times, I was sent out the drive through to wait for my food. I literally only order an egg and cheese and hashbrowns… it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make that. ESPECIALLY, when I made a mobile order. According to “zaniya” there was no manager or shift lead for me to speak with. She asked “Chrystal” to come talk to me instead because I refused to leave without speaking with a manager. Chrystal was just as cold as zaniya was and said there’s nothing she can do about just getting a refund and to talk to the app about any issues. The last time I came, I was told to go inside and get my own lid because they gave me the wrong size. Mind you, that was a whole different employee. So clearly, someone needs to do better on the hiring process.
