Ordered my drink through the drive thru when I arrived at the window they had a cold drink waiting while I ordered a hot, however the employee at the window told them it's supposed to be hot. I patiently waited for it, got my "hot" drink when we tried it, it was warm. The drink they made fold they gave it back to me tried to warm it up with ice and all so now it's watered down. Upset now I have to park and do inside when I walk in the door the lady at the register said oh it wasn't hot enough. By that statement alone I already knew that she did not remake my coffee. So to make sure she remained my coffee properly I had to stand there and watch her lo and behold I saw the cold drink what they try to give me half empty which confirmed that the tried to warm up my cold drink and give it to me. There was no sense of urgency to make it right I had to wait until she finished the previous orders very terrible service from a Dunkin Donuts I am highly disappointed
