Why is it so difficult for cashier not to understand the order. Perhaps these kids working there had party too much the New Year Eve and still was knocked out with their drinks.

I ordered my food online, paid for it, drove all the way there just to be told they “don’t have any food” and can’t give me what I ordered. Then they tell me they can’t refund me because there’s no manager until tomorrow. So I’m just supposed to lose my money? That’s ridiculous and feels like straight up theft. I left with nothing after paying, and no one there seemed to care. This place is a joke and I won’t be coming back.

Said that some things were frozen and was out of many things. Didn't give me my money back and made me call an number that their box is so full, the call didn't even went through. My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich came with only cheese. When I asked for it to be fixed, they added small pieces of bacon with barbecue sauce, which is not how it’s supposed to be made. Both drinks were incorrect and tasted like old milk. I ended up asking for a refund. There were also about 10 people in the back just talking and eating while only one person was working.
