I received an Iced version and hen I asked why I got an iced when I didn’t say iced the cashier rudely stated well it comes iced and hot and you didn’t say hot.. excuse me but is it just me or should drinks always be assumed hot unless it is mentioned iced? Anyway they fixed it and I left. She didn’t apologize. She had no smile on her face the whole time none of the staff did. Funny thing is I saw on the wall a phrase geared toward the employees that said “wow every customer every time” they definitely wowed me but not in a positive manner that’s for sure.
