I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Dunkin' drive-through on February 3, 2026, around 2:00 AM. Upon arriving, I found no one answering the drive-through, despite it being a 24-hour location. After circling around, I still received no response. I proceeded to the window, where I saw an employee walk by without acknowledging me. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I placed an online order, assuming that would prompt some action. To my dismay, my partner later found an associate asleep on a table in the lobby. After knocking on the door, an employee finally began to make my coffee. When I asked for the manager's name to file a complaint, no one would provide it. I even asked the lady who came to the window, whom I've always found to be sweet, if she allows her associates to sleep on the clock, but received no response. I was even threatened with jail time for recording the conversation, despite the fact that my dash cam automatically records everything. As an everyday Dunkin' customer, and a loyal patron of this particular location, I find this situation unacceptable. I arrived around 2:00 AM and didn't leave until 2:40 AM, being the only car there the entire time. I urge management to review the security footage from 2:17 AM on February 3, 2026, to verify my account. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. From the time of this incident until now, I have hesitated to write this review, as my intention is not to cause anyone to lose their job. However, this is the second time I have experienced such an issue at this same location, and I have higher expectations for Dunkin’.

They move so fast is the reason they make simple mistakes, literally reading my order and still getting it wrong twice, my matcha was nothing but oat milk and because I said light ice they fill my matcha with extra oat milk to fill up the cup smh. I asked for less ice not blended ice. And my breakfast sandwich was so sloppy I won’t be back
