So I got in line and the guy behind the counter said, “Yeah, it just came through.” I proceeded to wait an additional 10 mins and watched 2 people order and get their order before me. I eventually asked someone else for help and she breaks the news that they didn’t have one of the ingredients to make the drink. All along I am struggling with my special needs son in the lobby waiting for a coffee that was obviously never coming.
