- CHCheyenne HendersonDec 29, 20251.0I went to the drive-through and had the worst experience with the manager of this Location the absolute worst experience. I simply was asking questions about a deal that was happening. I was immediately cut off. I couldn’t finish my question before I was cut off and then portrayed as if I was asking for something free when I never said that I was simply asking her a question and she couldn’t be bothered with it. She cut me off and then when I get to the window of the Location, she’s still being rude. I requested to speak to someone else and she gloated about being a manager, but there was nothing to gloat about because she wasn’t professional in any capacity and wouldn’t allow me to speak at all. I truly hope this person is not training anyone to be like her because it was terrible a horrible experience. She either needs training or to go somewhere Probably. If I ever returned to this location, I hope to never encounter such a disgusting experience in person ever again, and I hope that Duncan finds better managers of their locations.

Lately it’s been terrible food, stale and barely toasted when asked bagel, and horrible and rude customer service. don’t go here!!! I won’t be coming again

I was the ONLY customer, she had an attitude with me for absolutely no reason, I only asked for the meal deal with iced coffee and she was rushing me; and literally started YELLING at me! I am never one to complain or leave a bad review but I never had been yelled at trying to place an order before! I pulled off worried she was going to spit in my food or something. Girl needs to be fired or given some form of mental health assistance because that was insane.
