  The female shift lead with curly hair was extremely rude and kept cutting me off while I was ordering. When my three heart-shaped donuts were tossed in a bag and getting icing all over each other, I simply asked for a small munchkin box to separate them for my young daughter. She gave me attitude, cursed under her breath and refused. Thankfully, another kind employee stepped in and helped me out. They’re also consistently out of donuts by 9 a.m., especially the seasonal donuts. We won’t be returning.

  Honestly, every time I go the same "go with the order", zero customer service. Run by clowns and people with zero customer service. The girl that always takes the orders left and manners at home, will fit right into a gettho place, away from customers. I am glad she heard me when I said an extra shot expreso with my latte, she got it. But all is wrong. Because of how busy the area is, I would expect them to have more girls, like the one at the register, and less than the ones taking the drivethrou orders.

  I went through the drive thru and was met w immediate attitude. I waited a bit for someone to greet me.. I say hello? I am met with “just give us a second”.. I continue to wait just to be met with someone not helpful or friendly at. The voice was very annoyed and condescending so i just drove off. I’ll stick to Starbucks and Foxtail moving forward.

  I’m not sure what younger woman was working today, but when I’m ordering a coffee I expect to be let known that products are out. As a manager I feel this is important especially if the coffee automatically comes with it. My coffee was not what I ordered through the speaker. The way she took my order was horrible, not my usual service I get from the afternoon when the younger guy is working! On top of that it wasn’t until after I paid for my coffee and given it, that I was made known that they were out of something so they just replaced it with whatever they saw fit instead of asking what I wanted. I ordered a medium iced cloud latte with 2 extra pumps of Carmel chocolate for reference.

  I went to the drive-through and had the worst experience with the manager of this Location the absolute worst experience. I simply was asking questions about a deal that was happening. I was immediately cut off. I couldn’t finish my question before I was cut off and then portrayed as if I was asking for something free when I never said that I was simply asking her a question and she couldn’t be bothered with it. She cut me off and then when I get to the window of the Location, she’s still being rude. I requested to speak to someone else and she gloated about being a manager, but there was nothing to gloat about because she wasn’t professional in any capacity and wouldn’t allow me to speak at all. I truly hope this person is not training anyone to be like her because it was terrible a horrible experience. She either needs training or to go somewhere Probably. If I ever returned to this location, I hope to never encounter such a disgusting experience in person ever again, and I hope that Duncan finds better managers of their locations.
