Today i pulled up to this location in the afternoon 2:52pm to be exact. I sat at the window until 3:00pm. Not once was I greeted. The same group of employees working the afternoon shift, looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. Iv ordered from this location MANY TIMES, i literally order the same thing every time i come thru, 2 items. Iv received my items in under 2-3 mins. So im not understanding the hold up in the afternoons.

- MRMichael RossSep 6, 20251.0I have been going to this location for about four or five years getting the exact same drink a large dragon fruit refresher with no ice and a cup of ice on the side probably have gotten 600 or more drinks and today they tell me that I’m not allowed to get The drink with no ice and I have to pay for a large drink and a small drink for $9.82 if I wanted no ice . Like I said, I have probably bought 6 to 800 drinks over for five years. I just feel like this is Highway robbery for $10 just because I don’t get ice. Obviously, I’ll find someone else to go. It just kind of hurtful that a business would do this to you after all the time that you’ve been there. just an FYI, the staff usually there is a very nice very friendly
