  me and my friends went here to grab coffee, and I had ordered the avocado bacon toast. when receiving the order I realized that my toast didn’t have bacon on it so my friend gave the worker my receipt and the box back to ask if they could add bacon. a minute later this lady starts yelling for our order and with an attitude says “next time you want bacon on it make sure to order it because I won’t do this next time”. she rolls her eyes and then walks away. for a second I thought I had made a mistake but then I looked at my container (never received my receipt back) and it clearly said AvoBcnTst, as well as upon opening it I received barely any bacon bits. me and my friends were kinda confused as to the miscommunication and just assumed it had upset her, but then seeing how she had interacted with other guests was absolutely disgusting. definitely won’t be returning here and kinda wish I didn’t tip the crew.

  Taken order and didn’t deliver and not even refund all amount Also very unprofessional behavior no one was in store for 20 minutes

  Nahomy is a terrible employee; she treats the Cornerstone students very badly, provides terrible service, leaves them waiting for their orders for a long time, and if there's a problem, she doesn't look for solutions. She even charges for a glass of water when thirsty children ask for it. Nahomy es una pésima empleada,trata súper mal a los estudiantes de cornerstone,le da muy mal servicio,los deja esperando las órdenes por mucho tiempo y si hay un problema no busca soluciones,le cobra el agua de baso cuando los niños con sed le piden agua.

  Do not choose this store. I've been giving them chances for years. They never improve. Often making mistakes with drinks and food, and it's always slow. There is a heavier set short Hispanic woman there that always has attitude. And several times I have ordered a breakfast sandwich. They don't toast it, they just put it together and give it to you cold. Also, sometimes it's not edible, as if they use cleaners next to the food and accidentally spray it woth the cleaner. Sometimes you take a bite and it's just multi purpose cleaner smell and taste. It's must imediatley be thrown out. I don't understand how they are in business.

  11/12/2025 I was at this location around 515 am. I am a driver and can't leave my truck parked just anywhere. I was able to find parking next to this location. I ordered the $6 deal and added cream cheese to the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I also ordered a hot coffee with 7 creams and 6 sugars .. the order came out with NO CREAM CHEESE. AND THE COFFEE HAD NO CREAM OR SUGAR. I wasn't able to check what I received till after I left since I had to make sure to get back to the truck asap. Crazy way to mess up someone's day. It was a simple order. This isnt the first time this location screws up my order, but this was definitely the time that broke the camels back. There are no excuses for this bad customer service. As there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE OR THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU.
