    If I could give this place a zero star, I would. We have given this specific location so many chances. However, this time was horrible. When we pulled to order our drinks in the drive through, the lady taking our order sounded rude. Once we got to the window, the place looked dirty and the attendant at the window seemed like she didn't want to be there. I ordered some hot drinks and a muffin, and the person that was dispatching my order took the payment, but without washing her hands or using gloves she grabbed my muffin, which is highly unsanitary especially during Covid. We got our drinks and left. Not to my surprise based on the experience earlier, found a long blonde hair in the hot chocolate. None of my family members have blonde hair, but the lady that was preparing the drinks did. If you want hairy drinks and contaminated food, then this is the place to go!

    Shoutout to Kamryn ( I think that’s her name) this morning at the drive through. She noticed something wrong with my nitro brew and gave me a new one. I would t have known any difference and I appreciate her integrity

    Was looking for a great cup of coffee and found one here at Lake Nonas Dunkin Donuts. Clean establishment, excellent cup of coffee and Edwin was great and very polite.
