I got my drink no issues there but I get to work ready eat only to realize there isn't even a drop of cream cheese on my toasted everything bagel. Now today I have you guys a second chance to redeem yourself and ordered the same thing and of course I got charged for an everything bagel with cream cheese but was given a plain bagel and I got charged for a caramel macchiato took a sip and realized you gave me a plain macchiato not a drop of caramel 🤦🏻♂️its not rocket science it wasn't even busy at that time so what's the excuse?

I thought the donuts would have been first on the list. The staff is rude per usual, so that was no surprise. I'm not sure how this store is still open and the same rude staff is being kept. They can't be that bad off to settle for those clowns they call staff 😭

I agreed but I waited 22mins for 1 coffee. This location is less than 2 mins away from my home, but the service is so inconsistent that I’d rather drive 15 mins away just for a chance at getting better service. Service is the most important thing to me, then convenience . Dunkin is certainly conveniently located less than 120 seconds from my home. But the service I’ve received recently makes me want to drive 15 mins away to WaWa. Yes, the service and quality of coffee I’ve had at a gas station is comparable and sometimes better than what I’ve received at Dunkin.
