Horrible service. Every time I go there something happens. They tried to charge for everything even a single cup of ice. Sandwich are cold. I went 7:45 a.m. the ice signature coffee look nasty. With a little bit of ice I was hot. I went inside for ice and she said she going to charge me 0.79 cents for just a cup of ice. That's stupid. She remaked and throws the other coffee they give me 1 and do a new coffee. I don't understand ppl this days. 😡

If I could get it for a zero star, I would I don’t like coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts, but this is the one on The way to my son’s school this morning we ordered a sweet tea with no ice. They charged us an extra dollar for no ice and then we got the sweet tea and it had ice in it so I Told them I asked for no ice they said no ice less product I said even though we paid for no ice they said yes that is robbery. I will never step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts again and the customer service is horrible.
I came here earlier today, I ordered some hash brown and a refresher. The young lady with the braided bun and black liner on her lips took my order very nicely, as well as greeted me at the window. I come here often and dont ever get this kind of service cudos to her for having a great attitude!

Extremely disappointing experience.
I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, the store did not have the donuts I ordered. Instead of informing me or offering alternatives, I was simply given different donuts without my consent.
When I went inside the store to address the issue, I clearly heard one employee say to the drive-thru worker, “What does she want now?” right in front of me. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
There was no apology, no attempt to correct the mistake, and no respect shown toward the customer. Mistakes can happen, but poor attitude and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable.
This location needs serious improvement in customer service. I will not be returning.
I'm a regular at Bubble's laundry which means I'm a regular here, I've seen alot of different shifts and staff, and received poor service by quite a few people. I'm Writing this review because I wanted to acknowledge the GREAT customer service Nickolas Kurmegay displayed today. He greeted me as I walked in the door, I ordered in the mobile app the $5 meal with an iced decaf and added a ham stuffer. While it lets you order iced decaf in the app, they only carry hot decaf, instead of making my iced coffee and pretending it's decaf (which is the worst) he took the time to communicate to me and asked me if it was okay to make it as a hot decaf, and if I wanted to change the way it's made since the flavor will be a bit different. The food came out in about 2-3 minutes and was piping hot, which made it well worth it. Restaurant is clean, and Nick is very friendly and actually cares about what he's doing, which is rare to see in quick service these days.
