- ATArlene Thomas1 day ago1.0Feb 23rd around 7:00am. I ordered med latte and hot coffee with 3 creamer. Lady called my name and ask whst i order. She put diwn a black coffee in front of me. I said i irder also, med Latte. She looked at the the coffee in front if me bread it says black. She took it and I say excuse me twice raising my voice the 3nd time to get her attention coz I thought she going to dump it. But she didnt and made another cup of black coffee. This short chobby lady all of a sudden yelled at me to stop screaming. I told her Im not.I was saying excuse me to get tge attention if the lady who ask for my irder. I was expecting she would ask if I have a problem. COz IM NOT EVEN HAVING CONVERSATION WITH HER WHAT AN ATTITUDE. SHE SHOULDNT BE WORKING IN A SERVICE BUSINESS. I EVEN TOLD HER IM A CUSTOMER AND SHE STILL KEEP MOUTING ON ME. FIRST HE ACCUSED ME FOR SONETHING THAT IS NONE OF HER BUSINESS. I NEVER EXPECTED DUNKIN DONUTS WILL HIRE SOMEONE WITH THAT STTITUDE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. I NEVER EXPECT THAT STILL AM IN SHOCK. FOR SURE I NEVER BUY AGAIN IN THAT STORE EVENTHOUGH IM A DUNKIN COFFEE DRINKER. THIS IS JUST TO LET THE NANAGEMENT KNOW TO PLEASE TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES ESP. DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. I LET GO SOME MISTAKES BUT THIS ONE NEEDS TO BE HEARD BY THE PERSON IN CHARGE AT TGE AIRPORT DUNKIN DONUTS.
