Phenomenal customer service. Friendly, great people-skills, no attitude & even let us know about offers on the website. We pulled into the parking lot, checked the website, ordered online & had our food ready in minutes with a discount (via the online offers)! First time at this location, but I'll definitely be back! As I’m ordering a cheese pizza the guy who answered the phone is gonna ask is “what you’re ordering a pizza? “ I said yes sir .. that’s what a cheese pizza is . It took literally 12 minutes for him to understand that once again I was just trying to order a cheese pizza. I asked for a manager and whoever it was who answered is just huffing and puffing on the phone because the first guy couldn’t do his job right. A 5 minute phone called turned into 25 minutes of just going no where . Whoever the lady was which I don’t even know if that was a manager was upset she had to do her job . I tried to just give me card number and I don’t know if they are all just slow but I repeated my card number I don’t even know how many times and they are gonna say that my account doesn’t have money. When I asked for them to repeat the number , they didn’t even have my card number right ! Completely unprofessional.
