  Absolutely phenomenal service from Alixandria and her manager, Kenny! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make the night feel special. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. I felt appreciated and valued the entire time. They turned a simple night out into an unforgettable experience, food was delicious too! If you’re in Orlando and looking for a fun, memorable evening, I highly recommend visiting Dave & Buster’s ask for Alixandria and Kenny! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We celebrated my 4-year-old son’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place! From the moment we walked in, he was smiling nonstop. The games were perfect for his age, and seeing his excitement every time he won tickets made the whole day unforgettable. Webster and the staff were kind and patient with all the birthday energy, and the atmosphere was fun, lively, and family-friendly. We enjoyed great food while he played his heart out, and ending the day picking out prizes was the highlight for him. It turned into such a special memory for our family. If you’re looking for a fun, stress-free place to celebrate a kid’s birthday, Dave & Buster’s is definitely a win!

  The arcade was fun and we had an absolute blast. But the restaurant was extremely disappointing. My wife ordered pretzels and I got a side salad asked for no croutons, I also expressed a severe gluten sensitivity and my wife has restrictions due to pregnancy. We waited 45 minutes and got the wrong appetizer but couldn’t get it fixed quickly because many of the other servers were busy talking and on their phones. Then 20 minutes later the wrong salad came out with breaded chicken. We were there for over an hour and got the wrong food twice so we paid and left without eating. The server was extremely kind and understanding of our frustration. One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in the area, will come back for the arcade but not the food.

  Save yourself the disappointment and just skip the restaurant and gas station quality food. Hostess was complaining the whole time about the bar staff and not attending guests. Our waitress had zero desire of being at work. I ordered the pasta and the portion size was a joke. Looked like I ordered it off the kids menu. My wife ordered the boneless wings and the sauce it was tossed in was cold. My son had the kids pepperoni pizza and it looked like they took a single slice of pizza and just cut it up into strips. The best part of our meal was leaving.

  Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Checked in at the front desk and was added to the wait list. We were there for 2 hours and we stayed at #16 on the wait list the entire time we were there. Luckily we found a spot at the bar, although the service there was equally slow and terrible. We waited 30 minutes to even get a bartender to acknowledge our existence. A busboy noticed our lack of service and tried to get us a bartender. After another 10 minutes of still nothing they felt bad and tried to take our but said they'd "check" and then never came back. Bartenders were too busy hugging each other and standing around doing nothing instead of serving anyone. Even the party next to us had to practically do a handstand on the bar to get the Bartender to come over and close them out. And despite being 3 feet away from us to do that...they still ignored us like we didn't exist. On top of that, the Bartender didn't know what kind of bourbons they had, nor could they produce a list like their menu said. The wine we got was a bottom of the barrel producer, yet an arm and a leg was charged. I would STAY AWAY!
