In the end, we chose the Da Silva Flame Ribeye. The steak was cooked to our liking, and the flavors were bold and delicious. We also had the Caesar salad as our starter; my only recommendation would be to make the dressing a bit lighter, as it was quite thick and almost had a mayonnaise-like texture. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stop by again on our next trip to Orlando to try the Picanha.
