  This place is awful. Seems like the crew is always on break every time I go in there. I paid almost $14 dollars for a bowl and whe. I asked for a little more meat they want to charge you extra for it. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.

  Let me just be real...Chipotle is and will always be my favorite. My go to. My number one. But this Chipotle is really expensive compared to other institutions. The location in Waterford is so much more inviting and the prices are affordable! This location is pricey and the staff is as you would expect. Although the food is good, they dont give you lots of it which is frustrating and awkward when asking for more portions (..while they scoop another spoon full of rice staring menacingly into my eyes trying to force me to break my direct eye contact. Sweat runs down my forehead as I ask for more protein as well. The employee's face turns pale as they realize my strong tactical solution to all Chipotle lovers problems. The unfortunate loss of a full sized meal has caused me to manipulate a 17 year old teen who hates her job more than I hate the portions they serve. Its depressing and fills me with much sorrow that walking in with a smile, standing in line , and ordering food makes them want to put less food in my bowl.) But anyways the chips are good and the rice slaps me harder then the email receipt i receive two days later In my inbox.

  I ordered a bowl with no guac. But the server labeled my bowl with guac so when I inquired about the higher charge, the cashier informed me that it was because the guac was extra charge. I stated that I told the server that I didn’t want guac and that I didn’t think he put guac in my bowl. The server replied he did put guac in my bowl, so I paid the higher charge. Then, I opened up the bowl and discovered no guac!!! So, I showed my bowl to the server and he said “Oh well, I thought I put guac in there.” Then, I showed my bowl to the cashier and she refunded me the extra charge for the guac. It’s unfortunate that happened. The server was probably tired since it was closing time and they were super busy the entire day because of the special deals they had from 3 pm on. I’m glad they did the right thing and refunded me the charge for something I didn’t get. Not that it was a lot of money. But it’s the principle of it. Overall, the food was delicious. The employees were friendly and nice. But this was an unusual and unexpected thing that happened as a one-off. I will still go back there in the future but I’ll just have to be more cautious when I’m ordering so as not to cause any confusion.

  I stopped by Chipotle on Halloween night, and the experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at this location. The girl with the clear glasses and braided ponytail was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. It took about five minutes just to be greeted, and when she finally did, her attitude made it feel like I was bothering her for even being there. When I asked for extra cheese, she literally grabbed a small pinch and tossed it on no effort, no question about whether I wanted anything else (which I actually did). Then, right in front of me, she started complaining to her coworker about how I asked for it. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in front of customers. I get that they close at 11, but if the doors are open, customers should still be treated with respect. If it’s too much to handle customers close to closing time, then the hours should reflect that not the attitude. Everyone was just trying to grab some food and enjoy their night, but her behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I really hope management addresses this, because that level of disrespect drives customers away.

It was uncomfortable to watch and definitely not the kind of attitude you expect from someone working in customer service. Everyone was just trying to grab some food and enjoy the night, but her behavior made the whole experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this because this kind of disrespect drives customers away.
