  I’m so sad I’ve wasted my time there. Went there to have lunch and ordered the same steak bowl as usual but at this time I found weird pieces in the meat that i don’t even know what could that be, like they might have mixed some low quality meat with the steak. I had guests at home that asked me to bring some so I ordered 3 bowls to go and asked the toppings to be packaged separately because the bowl would need to be reheated and I can’t do that whit the tomatoes and salad on top. I ordered like this before and never had been charged extra. Today they charged me $1.60 PER TOPPING! Seriously? I talked to the two employees in charge and they said that anything outside the bowl would have to be charged. But those toppings weren’t extra, they come with any bowl, they just decided to make extra money today and lost a customer forever. I had stopped going to Chipotle’s years ago and won’t be back ever again. There’re better options out there, they’re going to learn it sooner or later.

  Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Workers were rude , and my order took 20 min and food wasn't even fresh. I'll stick to the semoran location.

  Hoy domingo 02/15/26 pedimos como siempre un bol y resulta que en menos de tres bocados conseguimos un pedazo de plástico de bolsa nos pareció un asco y lástima que no tome foto lo más insólito que el que cocina diciendo que es imposible que eso estuviese ahí , claro me dijeron que si quería cambiar el plato y pues se nos quitó el apetito ya que primero pedimos carnitas y las carnitas un pedazo de pellejo y aparte el plástico ???? Lo que más me molesta es que duden de qué procedencia y el cocinero difamando algo que pues por un descuido puede pasar , lo que no pasó es que no pidan disculpa y que ni siquiera el supervisor se acercó para ver qué fue lo que pasó y hablen como si uno fuera a pedirles recompensa o no sé que , porque mi compañera y yo dejamos todo el plato y no quisimos re ordenar . Carne destacar que en ninguna Francia nunca me había pasado algo así . No voy más a ese lugar ni lo recomiendo.

  I’d drive to any other chipotle than return here. Even when this would be on the way. It tastes noticeably worse than any other chipotle. They would make the order wrong and be mad at the customer for asking to get the guacamole that was paid for. Very slow service.

  I got a veggie bowl and the manager girl short Spanish lady got mad that I kept asking for more rice and beans because she was SKIMPING me hard. The she tried charging me for a bowl with a side which came out to 12 dollars. When I said. I didn't get a side just a normal veggie bowl which still was skimpy she told her employees to charge me extra anyways. And went to the back of the store to not have to talk to me. Needless to say I didn't pay for it and left because there's other chipotles in Orlando. Corporate is this how you allow your managers to treat customers? Try to charge them extra and dip them off ?? What a joke 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
