Make it make sense chipotle. When asking the cook if they will make more, he said not tonight. I told him what would’ve happened if I placed an online order with rice and beans; he simply told me they wouldn’t fulfill my order. Corporate needs to get hands on at this store. Fire them all

Only one person is making the food everyone else is just watching the other person put the food together. The food is always cold or hard. Definitely don’t recommend eating here!

One thing I’ve noticed is that the rice portions sometimes seem lighter when using the lane compared to ordering inside. Overall, the staff is friendly and the experience is usually smooth.

We get to the employee to order and now the line is halfway to the door and the Manager (gentleman) walks away from the register stating he is going to do temps. We finish our order but the couple in front of us is still waiting to pay NOW THE LINE is at the door literally and the manager is still doing temps JUILO who completes making the food now has to hop off ring the couple and us out and then hop back on to finish making orders. I’ve worked and managed at restaurants and fast food places I get temps are important but they do not supersede customer service and making the transition of a food line up easy for both workers and customers. Julio however did amazing and handled it well he needs a promotion and raise.
