If their shirts could talk the front would say “I give up” and the back would say “I never started trying”.

I asked for vinegarette per usual and she said that would be $1.60 extra. I said I’ve never been charged before and she said it’s always been and that it’s only free with a salad .. and I said well I have lettuce on it and she said this is not a salad it’s a bowl. And then she says “do you want it or not”??? I’ve been to many chipotles across the US and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle! No warning no courtesy to say okay I’ll give it to you free this one time .. nothing!!! Not even I’m so sorry etc even if I didn’t get it for free.. should have just went to CAVA… I work in an industry where I deal with new people coming to he area and suggesting places to eat and I will go out of my way not to suggest this place to anyone! Either that or they need better friendlier staff.. like the staff that is usually there … I was nice kind and just said okay.. and im pregnant. I hope her district or area manager reads this! It is 3:39pm on Tuesday 10/28/2026
