  worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle, line out The door four people behind the counter three of them arguing about a shift one guy working the counter in a pissed off attitude smallest portions. The place was a mess. Honestly, you should probably just get new staff and start over or hire better management

  When we walked in, they said they were out of tortilla chips, guacamole, and three other things I can't remember. How on earth does a "Mexican Grill" run out of chips and guac??? Every table in the place had food remnants from prior guests. Every single one! One small positive was they told us as we arrived, it when we were placing our order.

  Paid big money for a party catering package with scheduled pickup. Food wasn’t ready. I was told to wait 5 minutes, which turned into 20+ minutes. The place was absolutely filthy, and unfortunately still a line out the door because of the amount of people who live or vacation in the area.

  Great food, understaffed. The only thing that really annoys me as an avid Coke Zero lover. The 3 times that I’ve came to this Chipotle at 8 pm, there’s no Coke Zero. I do not drink any other soda, it’s frustrating but I guess it’s a first world problem. Please keep the Coke Zero running, I’ll be back

  I have celiac disease, and when I told the person who was taking my order, they threw away their gloves, washed their hands, and put on new gloves. I appreciate the great customer service, and the food was delicious.
