    Diana PÉSIMO TRATO al cliente / mal educada/ no fue atenta con nosotros 5 (Tiro la plantilla a la basura y pidió q otro nos ayudara - simplemente porq era otra carne) tuvo que venir un AGRADABLE compañero q estaba en cocina PARA atendernos primera y ÚLTIMA vez q iremos ahí !!     I came in 8:30pm to have dinner and they were out of guacamole! Aren’t you open until midnight?? The place was all dirty, food everywhere as you can see. Awful, don’t get your meal here!

    Placed an order through door dash. Waited in parking lot until we got the notification that our order was ready for pickup(order was placed for IN STORE pickup) walked in and my husband was told they don’t have our order and to contact door dash. I went in (upset) bc I knew that wasn’t at all correct. We just got the notification that the order was ready for pickup. It took us 10 seconds to walk in the store once we received confirmation that the order was ready. Manager (who refused to give me her name) said she personally gave our order to someone in the drive through. That fast? Why? It was a pickup IN STORE order. Why would you give it to someone in the drive through? We have receipts. No apology. No attempt to rectify the situation. Manager was more concerned about me “creating a scene” than actually being the leader she was hired to be and fixing her mistake. Door dash didn’t make a mistake. She did. Or she flat out lied. Eventually door dash refunded our money. Door dash is now out of money because of her negligence. I will be contacting corporate as well as door dash to look into this particular location and it’s shady manager. Something isn’t right here.

    First and last time for this restaurant. We live in the neighborhood and wanted to try something different. The person serving the food on the hot line went waaaayyy to fast and it was very rude. He scooped it so fast I couldn't even tell what he was putting on my food, then threw it on the counter towards the cold food line, like he was in a competition. We attempted to make several requests to him, but he ingnored us and hastly scooped the food with ZERO acknowledgement that we even spoke to him. There is no reason to go that fast at the line, it's not a race to the finish. Your awareness of the customer is nonexistent. I informed the manager as we were checking out that you are the reason we are not coming back here ever.. Slow your roll homie.
