  Awful customer service. Steak was so chewy I had to pick it out and toss it. My lid wasn’t placed on right when picking up and it leaked all over my daughter’s clothes. Do not go to this location!

  I mean I didn't want to really give this but I think it's time! I ordered a new chicken Al pastor with barbacoa meat she realized that extra meat of chicken and she put her hands with the globos inside my plate that she's serving with took off the extra three more Cubes of chicken! How horrible is that?? we are coming to eat you're not get disgusted with someone pulling the meat out of your meats with the hands!?? And they're charging for the Guacamole $3 they're serving so small portion nowadays! Like they're serving Gold sooo important they are acting so weird when they put it on top of your food! I call it Monkey business!

  January 23, 2026 at 7:32pm I just noticed after I ordered 2 beef barbacoa bowls and took back to my hotel and decided to do a review. I see this place has 2.9 stars! I eat at Chipotle often in Los Angeles because I've read, Chipotle's strategy is to source beef without hormones and antibiotics. I suppose chicken also? This is the best Chipotle I've been to. Why? The grilled veggies! Usually they cook all the veggies together. But this location, all the veggies were cooked normally except for the bell peppers. The bell peppers were lightly cooked so they had a slightly crisp texture which creates a contrast. It was perfect. This makes a big difference. This guy isn't a cook, he's a chef. Also everything else was very good except they didn't have any plastic spoons but no big deal for me. I just read some the of 1 star reviews. Some complain about the employees. I only interact with the server and cashier and they both were very nice to me.

  TERRIBLE customer service !!! Came for a quick lunch and got served attitude instead. Whoever this older lady is was absolutely awful. We tried to ask for a name but they refused to give it so we got a photo to help describe who it was instead. Definitely needs to be retrained on customer etiquette!! I worked at a different location for this company and we were never this bad when it came to customers like she seems to be clearly needs to be retrained. She caught an attitude and after going back and forth with me for a little she waves me off and says whatever! Unfortunately we were in a rush or I would have had time to speak to a manager but hopefully when we call we can get in touch with corporate to address the situation and behavior of this employee. I now see why they are the lowest rated store in the area !

  The team working when we went in for our food was excellent. We went in monday afternoon for lunch. They were super nice with great customer service. We’ve been to many other chipotles that are severely lacking, but Keesha was very nice to pay attention to our order and really came across like she enjoyed her job. One of the employees even gave us a chair from their table while they were finishing their lunch break for our son. Our chipotle experience at most other locations is poor, but they did excellent here.
