  Just got home with a pick up order and the burrito was so poorly rolled that once the foil was opened, the inside fell out all over my kitchen. I watched the employees struggle to roll it, and even break the tortilla at one point, however, instead of just grabbing a second tortilla like standard protocol, they just shoved it into the foil and threw it in the bag. I would recommend going to a different location.

  Food is fresh and delicious but safety about hair and Cross contamination are possible during peak hours due to staffing.

  This was my first time at this location. The guy that made my bowl was super polite and nice. The girl who was adding the toppings was nice too at first but the bar was out of lettuce so I asked if they had any more. She said “ let me go check” and smiled so I thought everything was fine , then she walked to the back and as soon as she was out of sight she loudly yelled “THE ONE THING I DONT HAVE!” Like loud enough for me to hear so that was pretty lame and unprofessional. They weren’t super busy when we walked in so the lettuce should’ve already been on the line especially since they weren’t out of stock and still have like 2.5 hours til they close. Everyone else was nice though.

  The rice is salty and not cooked, it’s hard the workers don’t care and have attitudes. The server scraps old hard rice on top of fresh under cook rice. The serving is not a spoon full. Workers in the kitchen busy talking and yelling across the kitchen so unprofessional. Don’t bother to waste your money like I did.
