  I’ve put off writting a review for several weeks now trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is the worst Chipotle. I go 1-2x a week and between ridiculous wait times for mobile orders because staff doesn’t put them out on the rack or because they’re under staffed and getting either the wrong order or something missing from my order and rude, frazzled, and dismissive staff….I’ll be driving the extra 10minutes to go to a different chipotle in the future. 1/10.

  I always seem to have issues at this chipotle. I ordered through door dash and they had my order mixed up with someone’s else’s. Went back to show them that the name on the receipt was not me. Manager came up to argue with me when clearly the order was incorrect. At this point throw the whole establishment away. Will not order from here again

  We usually like Chipotle, so were unpleasantly surprised when we walked in here and dirty counter tops & glass guards were our first impression. The food options looked understocked, stale and very unappealing. The staff seemed uninterested. We thought for a moment, changed our minds and left.

  This ugly lady crushed a package and threw it at my beautiful wife while we were leaving the restaurant. It happened on 12/28/2025 around 8:15 pm. You can check the camera. I was wearing black t-shirt, black jeans and black shoes, my wife was in a brown dress. I didn’t have any problem with the rest of the staff. A person like this should never be allowed to work in a restaurant. Absolutely insane behavior.

  This location clearly needs management retraining or a corporate review. I placed my order through the Chipotle app at 6:44 PM (Dec 18th). The ordering process took about 30 seconds, but right at the end the pickup time shifted from just before 7:00 PM to 7:10 PM. No big deal, I was walking from my house to the restaurant anyway. When I arrived at 7:00 PM, there were three staff members working the front line, no customers in line, and they were mostly restocking, lightly cleaning, and chatting. Only one other person was waiting in the takeout area, and they had been there longer than me. About five minutes later, roughly 10 customers walked in, ordered in person, and received their food in under two minutes each. Around the same time, someone finally came out from the back to ask for my name and the other waiting customer’s name. I wasn’t overly concerned yet. It wasn’t 7:10 PM. What was frustrating was watching nearly 10 walk-in customers that came in after me, receive their food before mine, despite my order being placed well in advance. My food didn’t come out until 7:15 PM, late & a full 30 minutes after placing the order. This makes the app feel completely pointless if orders aren’t even started until customers arrive and give their name. It honestly felt like my order wasn’t worked on at all until I checked in. If online orders aren’t prioritized or prepared according to the pickup time, what’s the point of the app?
