HOWEVER- this is certainly a management and staffing concern. I work for a company very similar to this. I understand exactly what it’s like to work for, and even manage people on a daily basis. Give these people the extra staffing they so clearly need, and make sure they understand their responsibilities. More importantly, if you treat them well- people tend to have a stronger desire to do the work expected of them. I genuinely hope your GM or District manager sees this and gives these poor employees the help they need to align with business needs.

When I asked for a side of vinaigrette and sour cream she looked me up and down and made gestures like I was literal garbage on the street. So unnecessary and disgusting behavior. I get that most employees are teenagers and overworked/underpaid but don’t treat others like they’re lesser than. That’s inexcusable.
