  Do not come here a few hours before close, incredibly lazy employees! We showed up at 9:45 and they close at 11:00, at this time they were cleaning up and combining all the old food together. Then when I ordered (double el pastor) there clearly wasn’t enough in the pan so she was scraping the bottom for scraps and my chicken was all burnt and tiny pieces of seasoning, just gross. Also I asked for more chicken because I clearly didn’t have as much as my friend who got the same thing so she threw on a few more scraps…. Flat out insulting. Fire all the workers here and get new ones that are going to do their job. Ungrateful, disrespectful, lazy, unprofessional employees. Do better.

  There's a young guy here- has glasses and maybe in his mid 20s or so. Every single week my fiance and I come after church and he's there, and he was today too. He had to handle the entire line by himself, INCLUDING the register for hours. Not sure why there wasn't any help for him- he literally had to handle more than 20 customers in building their order, taking gloves off, ringing them up, repeat + deal with doordashers, ect. He is always so kind, so polite and a pleasure to deal with even when he's put in such a stressful situation. Definitely deserves a raise.

  First time having a poor experience at a Chipotle location. I went in at 7:59pm on a Wednesday and didn’t get my order ringed till 8:12pm. The register was left unattended while there was a line of customers waiting until the staff on the line serving the food shouted for someone to come to the register. The staff are a little bit too casual by making comments out loud saying “I’ll quit right now if you give me a hundred dollars” while they are actively working on customers’ orders. The staff are not rude, they just don’t seem like they want to be working there. Overall the place seems to be poorly managed. Will not come back to this location.

  Not the type to leave reviews but I give this place a -0 this chipotle by far the worst with customer service and unsanitary major cross contamination !!! While I do understand is a fast food facility and at times it can get hectic and a mess is prone to happen however it was raining no customers in the facility but employees sitting around chattering rather then making there time being paid useful like cleaning. We arrive at 9pm asked for two bowls mind you I was second guessing even purchasing this bowl due to the appearance of not just the employee but the food bar looking dirty. I asked for a rice bowl the lady states they have ran out of guacamole which was disappointing but fine so instead we asked for queso, beside being out of guacamole they was also out of lettuce. she went to the back to ask the online order line if she can have some of the lettuce they had available and said they needed what they had. I asked the lady if due to the inconvenience if it would be a courtesy for them not to charge me for the queso since I have an incomplete bowl! She asked her manager who came from that back with an attitude as if she had just came out the restroom adjusting her pants to state she can not honor a discount for the inconvenience while this place was one unsafe and unsanitary with no available options at 9pm while the facility closes at 11 with not one customer in sight. Is not about the discounts cause i would have gladly paid for the queso if all I wanted was available. Asked for a cooperate number and not one person knew what I was asking for. Besides very under educated and unprofessional this place should be heath inspected, shut down or replaced new employer.

  I placed an order for pick up today and the entire order is wrong. I just noticed once I opened and I am already back at the office. They messed up the meat, added corn, and forgot my side of guacamole which is an added value. To make it all worse, the food is completely cold.
