The cashier was very rude and spoke in Spanish the entire time. She repeatedly called people standing in line fat, made comments about why anyone would eat this late, and implied that customers should be ashamed for being there at that hour. She also complained about why customers wouldn’t “just place a mobile order,” as if that would somehow mean she wouldn’t still have to prepare it. When the customer in front of us left, she mocked him for ordering two burritos and continued calling him fat. Then she looked directly at us and said, “I know you speak Spanish and can understand everything I’m saying, but I don’t care.” This behavior was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be insulted or shamed for ordering food during business hours. This experience alone is enough to make us not want to return.

The server used the same gloves to clean the countertop and then prepare food, reused gloves while handling different meats, and utensils were touching the meat during bowl prep. When food containers were changed, steam and water dripped onto other containers with exposed food. After fresh fajita veggies were prepared, the server dipped his dirty, gloved hand into the food and ate it. Due to these conditions, I left without placing an order. Very disappointing.

Burrito given to me had holes in it and then they smudged guacamole and pico on the outside so it was all slippery and messy when trying to eat it. It was pretty bad for me to try and salvage so asked for another tortilla and was charged for that too.
