  I came into Chipotle and was helped by Emma she was amazing! She greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. She worked quickly but still took the time to be friendly and kind. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. The food was great, but her positive attitude made the experience even better. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like her on the team!

  I've been a regular at this chipotle location since it opened. I will say it was very good initially due to the employees and food quality. In recent years its quickly gone downhill and I have my biggest issues with food quality, especially of my to go orders through the app. My order today was only a bowl of carne asada, some veggies, beans, brown rice, and guacamole which was about 17 dollars. I was driven to write a review because in my order (as I am eating it currently) I have found a completely burnt sliver of onion from my fajita veggies, overcooked and dry steak, several hard pieces of corn cob, and a single strand of hair intertwined in my green peppers. Not to mention several times I have previously received undercooked and hard rice as well as guacamole browned from oxidation (which is understandable, however for a food chain that advertises "fresh" food it is disappointing). This will be my last meal from this location because everything about my meal was very substandard.

  Good customer service, food was fresh and tasty. Their kids' meals are always a hit with my picky eaters.

  Today I went to this Chipotle location to pick up my order. I had placed it for pickup, but when I arrived, I realized I had accidentally ordered a burrito instead of a burrito bowl — and I don’t like burritos. Graziella, the team member working on pickup orders, was extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond by transferring my food into a bowl, which I really appreciated. However, while she was helping me, the manager kept shouting across the counter, asking what was happening and if everything was okay. I told her everything was fine and that Graziella was doing a great job helping me. Unfortunately, after that, I saw the manager visibly reprimand Graziella in front of everyone, shaking her head as if Graziella had done something wrong — when, in fact, she was just providing excellent customer service. Graziella deserves five stars for her professionalism and kindness. The manager, however, gets zero for how she treated her employee in public.
