Today specifically I came in and the man that served me, who’s name I did not catch, made sure we waited in the zero customer line for 10 minutes then proceeded to act mad while making my bowl, he made sure to make me repeat myself multiple times throughout within the, again, dead store acting oblivious, he was acting so mad he didn’t even once communicate with his coworker who ended up not even charging me properly for my order. Overall terrible customer service, never actually working and mad that they have to do their jobs. 0/5.

I was so frustrated with myself! Besides wasting my money at a location I didn’t have time to drive to, I was out on my dinner. Will, completely unexpectedly, paid for my new meal as I was waited through the line to re-order my meal! I almost cried! I have never witnessed or expected such incredible kindness! Thank you Will, I appreciate you!
