  I order from this location late night plenty of times but the level of verification after I said my name and wouldn't allow me to get my food this time around seems like the employee has not been trained. She had to argue with me that she had to see the app and upon showing the app and saying it is not enough even with the confirmation number she needed a name even though I said my name plenty of times. It seems like you need to get your corporate training better because even an app that had the info was not enough. That is the first time having a problem after going to this location for awhile that even an app was not good enough. Make up your mind. It seems like the app is not good enough even after saying this is what the app shows. That was ridiculous!!!

  The workers in this Checker's are just horrible!! They do not address properly, they cut you off, roll there eyes at you and the one that took my order did not have name tag, she refused to give her name. So disrespectful!! But then it's Checker's, I believe they just want a body there, nothing else matters!! Customer service has gone down the toilet!!

  The cashier's attitude seemed to indicate she didn't want to help me, because when I asked her about a menu item, she gave me a dirty look and made a face as if she didn't like me. I didn't disrespect her at all; I only asked a question, and her attitude was awful. I don't know if it's because she heard me speaking Spanish with my husband or if she's like that with all customers. Employees like that shouldn't work in this type of business. We ordered three combo meals, and all the hamburgers they served were plain, when they're supposed to have at least pickles and onions. The fries were horribly salty and greasy. I don't know if they did it on purpose, but I will NEVER buy from there again.

  Very rude service some people should not attend the public. Food was good went thru the drive thru. Took around 20 from start to finish. This checkers needs to do better.

  Imagine waiting for a fresh meal and getting something that tastes like it clocked in for the lunch shift and forgot to clock out. That’s exactly what this burger was old, dry, and absolutely unfit to serve and in fact violates Code 64E-11.003(2)(a)–(d). I called to address it, and the employees attitude matched the food: stale, cold, and completely unprofessional. Hanging up on a customer instead of fixing the issue says a lot about how this place is run. The level of laziness and disrespect is unreal. If this crew put half as much energy into their food as they do into their attitude, the place might actually be worth a dime. Shut this location DOWN and take the workers with it
