As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Kade was exceptional. Very professional. Actually one of the most professional employees I’ve come across in general. I’m leaving this review because in fast food you usually don’t get the type of professionalism he exhibits and wanted to recognize that.

Checkers is my "go to" for quick and filling drive through meals. The staff is generally professional and personable. And the food is always a good value

Pulled up to speaker box and the automated speaker box told me to wait one moment while they got an associate to help. I waited 2 min and then said hello? A Spanish lady who appears to have been the supervisor on shift, responded very abruptly and said the machine was talking to you, but go ahead with your order. I explained to her that the machine told me to wait for an associate. She then said how can I help you. I gave her my order, requested extra pickles and extra onions on my chicken sandwich and to add a fry and a Coke. After giving her my order, I pulled up to the window and now an African-American male was at the window and asked me what my order was. I kinda looked at him confused and he said to me the other lady took your order and I didn’t hear it so I need you to repeat it. 🤦♀️ internally questioning why I came to checkers…for $2 more I could have gone to chick fil a and had much better service. After giving him my order, the woman that took my order, walked by and stared me down as if I had done something wrong. I received my food and drove away. When I opened up my sandwich, I was lucky to get two pickles and one piece of onion on each sandwich when I had asked for extra. Last time I will visit this checkers. I’m not paying to have my order not made correctly and associates to get short with me, have an attitude and act as if I’m a bother.

First of all, the lack of hygiene is gross! No gloves, no hair nets, saw the cook throw the chicken patty in the fryer with bare hands. Too long of a wait for not being busy. Overall the restaurant have seen better days, paint peeling from the walls and stains in the walls.
