As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’ve been to this location both as a customer and as a delivery driver, and each time I’ve had the same issue with the same employee’s rude and unprofessional attitude. The pickup window is on the passenger side, leaving a large distance from the driver’s side. During pickup, the employee insisted that I confirm the order by showing my phone inside the window, despite the distance. I moved my phone as close as I possibly could to the window and explained that the app does not allow zooming, but she made no effort to help and responded in a dismissive and uncooperative manner, even implying that if I didn’t like it, she wouldn’t give me the order. Personal problems should be left at home, not brought into the workplace. If providing basic customer service is an issue, then this may not be the right job. Very disappointing experience. 2/2/26 night shift, white lady, blonde hair, glasses with piercings on her face.
