As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

A girl with big lashes black hair (don’t know her name) was rude to me and my friend unprovoked. I didn’t expect this. The food was alright.

I felt really bad for the two guys working two drive thrus with a long line and they were also very sweet. Please close one side for you guys when it’s like that, working yourselves too hard, people can wait. Thank you! I appreciate you. And that sea salt caramel shake wow!

I asked the guy, is everything in the bag and he confirmed yes. When I got home, I was short a burger sandwich. And he did not give me my receipt. The food was good but my daughter stood with out her burger. Very disappointing. The team at the drive thru needs to do better. How many other people do they do this too???
