As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It should be no reason why I had to have two drivers come and constantly complain and say that y'all don't want to make the order and that y'all are taking super long. I'm sitting up here hungry waiting for my food back to back and couldn't even get it to the point where the store ended up closing in the Uber Eats DRIVER just told me cancel my order and try to get a refund. I will never and I mean never ever order from here ever again this was so unprofessional and the fact that y'all even accepted my order but could not make it just shows how careless y'all are. Next time hire people who actually want to work not just sit up there and take space. Mind you my order was only the chicken sandwich meal. Now it's too late for me to order anything else. This place is so so horrible.
